- Open port 3389 if you are using a router or Bellsouth DSL modem
- Disable Windows Firewall and any other third party firewalls (e.g. Norton, McCafree, ZoneAlarm)
- Pass your ip address (38.103.63.16), user name and password over the phone to the Active Improvement technician supporting you
